Job Description
Building/Property Maintenance HR Ewell East Earl, PA Terminal Building/Property Maintenance job involves maintaining building, grounds, equipment, performing repairs and ensuring a safe and functional environment. Learning our wash bay system including boiler system and how to identify problems, fixing and maintaining wash bay equipment.
Hours:
Monday- Friday, 6am-4pm and on-call
Starting Pay Range:
$25.00- 30.00 per hour Pay will be determined by experience and knowledge Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance
- cleaning, inspecting equipment and ensuring systems are functioning correctly Repairs
- addressing issues and fixing or outsourcing if needed Building Inspections
- identifying potential problems and ensuring compliance with safety regulations Responding to emergencies
- addressing urgent situations Maintaining records
- keeping logs of maintenance activities and expenses Using tools and equipment
- proficiency with various tools, including power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment Following safety protocols
- ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and others Property maintenance
- maintain parking lot, snow removal, clean up of any trash Janitor duties
- will work with janitor in maintaining a clean work environment Skills/Qualifications Handyman skills
- knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical Problem solving
- diagnosing issues and finding solutions Physical stamina
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks Communication skills
- interacting with employees, managers and contractors Attention to detail
- ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- adhering to local and state regulations Experience with tools and equipment
- proficiency in using various tools and equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to work along and collaborate with others Knowledge of boiler system a plus
