The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be comfortable with a variety of tasks that may include heavy lifting, equipment operation, and supervising activities. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations, particularly in areas related to vineyard work ,gardening, equipment maintenance. Responsibilities Assist with trimming, tying and harvesting of grapes in vineyard which may include heavy lifting and transporting materials as needed Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently Supervise team members during various projects to ensure productivity and safety Manage irrigation systems to maintain optimal plant health Conduct equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency

SKILLS THIS JOB IS OUTSIDE IN A VINEYARD FROM SPRING TO FALL HARVEST

Proficiency in heavy lifting techniques and physical stamina Knowledge of irrigation systems and practices for plant care Equipment repair skills to troubleshoot and fix machinery issues Experience working in a
