Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment
  • Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants in a timely manner
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
Skills:
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics
  • Experience in facilities maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and staff
  • Leadership skills to oversee maintenance projects and coordinate with contractors
