Direct Hire / Full-Time We are seeking a skilled, hands-on Facilities Maintenance Specialist for a permanent, on-site role in Delmont—focused on facility upkeep, preventive equipment care, building systems, and property improvements with no city driving required. Position Summary & Requirements In this role, you will execute preventive maintenance on building systems and HVAC, troubleshoot site fixtures, plumbing, and low-voltage electrical systems, and handle facility upgrades like framing, drywall, painting, and basic masonry. Core responsibilities also include maintaining safety standards, managing supply inventories, and responding promptly to urgent site repair needs. We are seeking a strong self-starter with 2+ years of experience in facility upkeep, building trades, or commercial property maintenance. Candidates must possess solid general repair and carpentry skills, good communication abilities, and the capacity to lift 50+ lbs and work safely on ladders or lifts. A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to pass criminal background and drug screenings.
Requirements:
