Our team works together to support both residents and staff by keeping the building clean, safe, and running smoothly. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs for the building, equipment, and grounds Inspect areas regularly to identify and fix maintenance issues Assist with basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work Keep common areas, tools, and equipment clean, safe, and organized Respond to maintenance requests and support safety checks and facility operations Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous maintenance experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus) Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Valid driver's license required Ability to follow safety procedures and comply with regulations Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical job duties as required
