Job Description

Seeking applicants for the position of Mechanic's helper/Truck Washer. We are looking for a hard working individual who is not afraid to get their hands dirty or jump in and help out as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance
  • oil changes, greasing, tire changes on tri-axel dumps
  • Provide assistance to mechanics when servicing or repairing Triaxle trucks as needed .
  • Power washing Triaxle trucks and other company vehicles
  • Cleaning and sweeping the shop as needed
  • Miscellaneous tasks as they arise
  • Willingness to work in inside and outside environments
  • Willingness to learn and be open minded to new tasks Must be flexible to work on various tasks as required Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Individual must be safety oriented Individual must be conscientious and reliable Attention to detail is essential Must have good common sense Day light shift 9 am-530 pm
Experience:
  • Some mechanical knowledge is a must
  • Knowledge of diesel engines is a plus
  • Familiarity with forklift, tractors and farm equipment is a plus
  • Experience operating forklift, tractors and farm equipment is a plus We are looking for the right individual to join our team.
The ideal individual will have some experience with diesel engine maintenance . As a mechanic's helper, you will be responsible for helping perform routine maintenance, issues, and repair of diesel vehicles. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. If you have a passion for diesel engines, farm equipment, we want to hear from you. Please note that this position requires physical strength and the ability to lift heavy objects. You must also be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
