Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our POA team. The ideal candidate will perform routine upkeep of the community's buildings, grounds, and common areas to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, etc.) Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas (mowing, trimming, leaf removal) Plowing & salting experience required Inspect community facilities and report any issues or safety hazards Assist with setup and breakdown of community events as needed Respond promptly to work orders and resident maintenance requests Ensure tools, equipment, and supplies are properly maintained

Qualifications:

Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities, or a similar role preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license required & reliable form of transportation

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time position Requires mandatory availability as needed for emergencies and inclement weather Pay based on experience Stipend available after 1 year of employment PTO after 90 day probationary period
