Field Service Technician -
Technical Department Full-Time Position Company Overview:

Position Overview:
As a Field Service Technician at Miatech, you will deliver superior customer service by troubleshooting equipment and providing effective solutions. Operating primarily at customer sites, you will perform preventive maintenance, installations, and provide training to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. Maintaining a well-stocked service vehicle is essential for this role, as driving to and from job sites constitutes approximately 50% of daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to service calls, adhering to scheduled arrival times. Conduct preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and service equipment per company procedures. Document all service activities and complete closure procedures via our mobile application. Adhere to established safety standards and present a professional image in appearance and equipment condition. Communicate professionally with customers regarding service performed. Provide feedback on equipment performance issues for resolution by appropriate personnel.

Skills:
Strong mechanical and electronic aptitude. Excellent customer relations, interpersonal skills, and service orientation. Effective organizational and time management abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
No prior experience necessary; training provided for candidates with suitable aptitudes. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; company vehicle provided. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and travel extensively to customer sites.

Full-time Starting Salary:
