In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep, repair, and maintenance of our facilities and outdoor spaces. Your proactive approach will help maintain a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge, landscaping skills, and hands-on expertise to a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components. Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, lawn care, tree trimming, gardening, and landscape upkeep to enhance outdoor aesthetics. Operate hand tools, power tools, lawn equipment, and heavy machinery such as excavators for construction or landscaping projects. Maintain hardscape features including walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access around the property. Support irrigation system installation and repairs to promote healthy landscaping and horticulture practices. Perform tree care tasks including trimming and removal to ensure safety and landscape health. Collaborate with team members on landscaping projects involving landscaping design or horticulture enhancements. Experience Proven experience in maintenance work with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and general repair techniques. Hands-on experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and tree care practices. Familiarity with operating hand tools, power tools, lawn equipment, excavators, and other construction machinery. Knowledge of irrigation systems, hardscape installation, snow plowing procedures, and horticulture principles is highly desirable. Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Prior experience working in landscaping or facility maintenance roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific equipment or procedures as needed.
