As a CBRE Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of basic custodial, building, and other maintenance duties. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function and is responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. Must be flexible to work schedule/shift (4 days, 10 - 12 hour shifts)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Operate a Forklift and PIT Equipment Develop skills to perform basic preventative and reactive maintenance. Follow a set procedure in the performance of repetitive tasks or job activities. Complete paperwork for property damage, equipment malfunctions, and unusual activities. Assist with monitoring the supply, equipment usage, and record inventory needs. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
