Job Description Full-time position regularly scheduled 40hrs per week assisting Property Manager with the care of residential homes, office and production facilities This position is paid at an hourly rate of $20.00 per hour . Perform routine upkeep and maintenance on all company vehicles. Looking for a self-starter with repair and maintenance skills. Responsible for multiple maintenance projects such as light electrical and plumbing repairs, painting, drywall, basic carpentry, landscaping, etc. Safely lift, move, and transport items weighing up to 75 pounds as required. Includes year-round outdoor maintenance, including yard work & snow removal Retirees encouraged to apply! Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous maintenance experience required. Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair. Must possess a valid driver's license, ability to drive a truck and small landscaping trailer. Must have at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria Basic computer skills required
