Accepting applications Make Ready - Property Management Harvey, La 70058 We're hiring a motivated Make Ready to join our property management team. This hybrid role is essential in keeping our community clean, well‑maintained, and ready for new residents. Key Responsibilities Complete Make Ready tasks, including: Unit cleaning, light repairs, touch‑ups, and basic turnover prep Replacing filters, bulbs, blinds, and hardware as needed Assisting maintenance with unit punch lists Maintain cleanliness of all common areas: hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and amenities Perform daily groundskeeping: trash pickup, sweeping, blowing, pressure washing, and debris removal Keep maintenance shop and storage areas organized Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and unusual activity promptly Support the maintenance team with additional tasks as needed Requirements Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and functional Ability to work outdoors and be on your feet for extended periods Basic handyman or make‑ready experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Positive attitude and commitment to great resident service Benefits Through BGSF Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave where required by state/local law Referral bonus opportunities BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
