Non-Exempt Job Description:
In this role, you will maintain facilities and surrounding areas and make minor repairs to facilities to ensure clean and orderly conditions.
Examples of Duties:
Dusts, sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes, buffs and/ or vacuums as appropriate. Cleans windows and other glass as necessary. Polishes and maintains brass fixtures, wood trim, and other surfaces. Empties trash and garbage containers. Cleans debris from sidewalk. Maintains building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities. Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. Responds to questions from visitors, tenants and rental customers regarding the facility and general information. Sets up and arranges tables, chairs, barricades and other equipment for events. May use power washer. Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
