Role:

Fin & Crab is looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our team in Charleston, SC! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a vital part in keeping our restaurant running smoothly, safely, and looking its best every day.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs throughout the restaurant facility Inspect and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment systems Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair needs Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of dining areas, restrooms, kitchen, and exterior grounds Identify and report safety hazards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Perform light carpentry, painting, and general facility upkeep tasks

Requirements:

Prior experience in restaurant, commercial, or facilities maintenance preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair techniques Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-motivated attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and climbing Reliable, dependable, and a strong team player in a fast-paced environment
