This role offers the opportunity to contribute to maintaining a beautiful, organized yard and assist with various home projects. You will play a vital part in ensuring our outdoor spaces are well-kept, safe, and inviting, while also providing support with household tasks. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is eager to help create a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Maintain the yard by pruning bushes, weeding, raking/blowing pine straw, and performing general landscaping duties Assist with outdoor projects such as planting, gardening, and minor repairs Help with household organization including occasonal decluttering, and organizing storage areas Occasional support with moving furniture or heavy items safely Ensure outdoor tools and equipment are clean, stored properly, and in good working condition Perform routine safety checks around the yard and home to identify potential hazards Follow instructions carefully to complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly Skills Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety protocols Ability to operate basic yard equipment such as trimmers, and leaf blowers Good stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Basic knowledge of gardening, landscaping, or home maintenance is a plus Reliable transportation to access the property regularly Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse tasks This role offers a chance to develop practical skills while making a tangible difference in creating a beautiful outdoor space.
