Maintenance Assistant Chandler Creek Post Acute - Greer, SC $18-$20/hour | Full-Time & Part-time options About Us Chandler Creek Post Acute is a 133-bed skilled nursing facility located in Greer, South Carolina. We are known for our small-town feel, strong community connections, and a team-centered approach to care. We're looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Assistant to help ensure our facility remains safe, functional, and welcoming for our residents, staff, and visitors.

$18-$20/hour PRN opportunities within the largest network in South Carolina Career advancement opportunities within our facility network Supportive, team-oriented environment Position Summary As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the day-to-day maintenance operations of the facility, helping ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff. Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair tasks (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) Ensure facility equipment and systems are functioning properly Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents Maintain a safe and compliant environment in accordance with regulations Assist with groundskeeping and facility upkeep as needed Qualifications General "jack-of-all-trades" maintenance experience required Maintenance experience in a healthcare setting preferred Compassion and respect for the elderly and medically fragile population Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to complete a background check Why Join Chandler Creek Post Acute?
