Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Maintenance Worker to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and surrounding property. This role includes routine cleanup, light maintenance support, and groundskeeping.

Schedule:

Part-Time:

Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-5:00 PM (typical schedule)

Flexibility Required:

Hours may occasionally extend beyond 5:00 PM or include additional time based on workload, weather, or business needs.

Responsibilities:

General warehouse cleanup and organization (trash removal, sweeping, basic tidying) Maintain exterior grounds: mowing, weed eating, and general property upkeep Support minor maintenance tasks as assigned (basic repairs, restocking supplies, simple facility needs) Maintain a safe, clean work environment by following safety procedures and keeping walkways/work areas clear

Qualifications:

Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Experience using lawn care equipment (mowers, weed eaters) preferred Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
