Job Description
Apartment complex is looking for a part time maintenance professional. Plumbing, electrical, painting, cleaning, carpentry, etc. may be needed at any time. Must be willing to carry an emergency telephone. Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation and some tools and be able to pass a credit and criminal background check as well as a drug test.
