Job Description
Strong attention to detail, pride in workmanship, ability to work autonomously, versatility, and great communication are a must. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required. Must be able to follow direction, work safely and be punctual. Consist of picking up trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning and stocking bathrooms, cleaning elevators, making sure exterior of building, lobby areas, trash rooms, stairwells and hallways are clean and free of hazards. Distribute yellow hanging tags as needed on violations units. Minor building maintenance and repairs are to be reported to building supervisor or onsite office. Assist with Homeowners and Contractors as needed reporting any concerns directly to building supervisor to address. Assist with pool and deck cleaning to ensure pool opens in a timely manner. Preform daily and weekly tasks per schedule and any other special tasks assigned by supervisor.
