We specialize in graphics for Out-of-Home (Think billboards), Point-of-Purchase (Think Retail and Store), Event & Venue and Fleet graphics and we need your help. Position Overview The Maintenance Technician Assistant supports our maintenance team with printing press maintenance, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and basic HVAC work — helping keep our building structures and equipment repaired and in safe, working condition. What You'll Do Learn safe, proper use of shop and facility tools, including forklifts Help identify and troubleshoot common equipment issues Assist with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC repairs and installations Handle general upkeep — light bulbs, filters, minor repairs, tree trimming Help maintain stock of maintenance supplies, materials, and parts Follow SOPs for handling and labeling hazardous materials; report hazards right away Follow the maintenance schedule and assist with monthly inspections Respond to maintenance requests and log completed work Attendance Punctual with a reliable attendance record; communicate absences in advance Available to support the team during high-volume periods, including occasional evenings/weekends Physical Requirements Able to walk, bend, stoop, balance, crawl, and reach for extended periods. Able to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently.Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED and two (2) or more years of paid, professional experience in facilities maintenance, building trades, or a related field
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Basic computer proficiency (email, documentation/record-keeping)
- Pass pre-employment drug test
