This individual will also extend their technical expertise to residential projects and fleet/vehicle care for the company.
Execute light construction projects, including framing, drywall installation/finishing, interior/exterior painting, concrete repairs, trim carpentry, and tile/flooring touch-ups.
Property Maintenance:
Troubleshoot and perform minor electrical repairs (switches, fixtures, outlets) and basic plumbing maintenance (faucets, drains, light pipe runs).
Grounds Maintenance:
Provide general maintenance on company grounds for a constant quality aesthetic.
Vehicle Fleet Care:
Transport company vehicles for scheduled oil changes, tire rotations, mechanical servicing, and routine detailing/washing.
Safety & Equipment Management:
Maintain power tools and machinery in safe working condition, manage site cleanup, and adhere to
TOSHA/OSHA
safety standards. Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in general construction, carpentry, or property maintenance trades. Valid Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (required for company vehicle usage). Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders/scaffolding, and operate standard trade power tools. Strong self-management skills, trustworthiness, and a clean background check.
