Full-time Essential Functions Load/unload equipment for partners, suppliers, & customers Inspect new equipment for damage and missing major components upon arrival to dealership Maintain inventory on property in an organized manner Maintain property appearance including mowing, trimming, & landscaping Assemble implements as needed Work closely with sales and service departments to ensure equipment is ready for sale or delivery to customers Perform other duties as requested by the Service Manager & Shop Foreman Compensation / Benefits Hourly salary (pay based on relevant experience & training) Medical care coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage Paid vacation Simple retirement plan (similar to 401K)• Requirements Two-years related experience and/or training in property maintenance and/or inventory management Dependable, punctual, and career-oriented Maintain a professional appearance Ability to sit, stand, climb, lift 50 lbs., grasp, reach, stoop, and crouch, speak, listen and motor coordination skills Own a variety of tools to assemble implements High school diploma or GED Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Reliable source of transportation About West Hills Tractor, Inc.
