Job Description

AccuForce is currently seeking dependable, hard-working individuals for long-term, full-time positions within the Kingsport Public Works department. This role focuses on essential infrastructure maintenance and offers a consistent schedule with long-term growth potential.
Pay:
$15.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (3 Day Weekends!) Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive street maintenance, including concrete repairs and sidewalk installation. Operate tools and equipment safely to complete infrastructure projects. Execute additional public works duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Safety Gear:
Must provide and wear steel-toed boots.
Physical Ability:
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes.
Compliance:
Valid driver's license; must pass a background check and drug screen.
Reliability:
A proven track record of consistent attendance and dependability. Position Benefits Full-time, long-term employment. Consistent daytime shift with predictable hours.
