Responsibilities:
Maintain the daily repair and upkeep of the property Assist in all turn aspects and preparation of vacant units for occupancy Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of supplies, tools & equipment (provided) Assist with repairs and tenant maintenance issues as needed in an efficient & courteous manner Available to work on an
ALTERNATING
on-call basis Willingness to learn new aspects and skills, gaining knowledge and experience
Requirements:
Please have experience in apartment maintenance setting, including painting/drywall repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC experience a + Must have general knowledge of how to use tools and power tools Must have valid driver's license Must be able to lift 45 lbs+ and have reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check Benefits (For Full Time Employees): Health & Life Insurance Paid Time Off/Holiday/Sick pay Retirement match incentive program up to 3% of income!
