Responsibilities Physical daily work including but not limited to landscaping (carrying rocks, planting, tree maintenance), groundskeeping (trash, property maintenance) and building care (pressure washing, brick repairs) Must have the ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs repeatedly Maintenance Complete grounds work such as grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping Coordinate special projects as directed and maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees. One must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships. Develop and maintain a good relationship with contractors, vendors, and site workers to get the best bargains on property repairs, supplies, and maintenance Maintain open communication with property owners, liaising with consultants and property managers for information regarding operations, renovations, and authorization
