GreenStalk Garden / Moldesign Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cleaning & Maintenance Worker responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment across GreenStalk Garden and Moldesign facilities.

In this vital role, you will perform a variety of cleaning, custodial, and maintenance tasks across our office and industrial spaces. Your efforts will help create a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients. The role requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Core Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all facilities including - offices, restrooms, hallways, breakroom, shop, warehouse and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, stripping, and painting to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained Carry out all custodial duties including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, etc. Maintain building systems by performing basic repairs and troubleshooting issues related to lighting, plumbing, or fixtures Maintain cleanliness of entryways and exterior walk areas Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed in warehouse or manufacturing environments Support seasonal or occasional maintenance projects Assist with general upkeep of equipment Support facilities maintenance activities such as painting (including residential painting), minor repairs, and equipment upkeep Inventory, order and restock all supplies (paper towels, soap, cleaners, etc.) Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance procedures to ensure a secure work environment Ensure tools and materials are stored properly after use Requirements Able to work Monday-Friday schedule 2+ years of experience in similar job and setting preferred Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Dependable, consistent, and takes pride in their work Able to follow set cleaning schedule in a shop/warehouse and office environment Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and general facilities maintenance Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, pressure washers, and floor scrubbers effectively Experience with residential painting or light maintenance tasks is a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.), stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks efficiently Role Ownership & Accountability This Role Owns Daily and weekly cleaning of all assigned areas Maintaining a clean and safe environment in both office, warehouse and shop spaces Monitoring, ordering and restocking supplies Identifying and communicating maintenance needsSupporting overall facility organization• This Role Supports Shop and warehouse teams by maintaining clean work environments Office staff by ensuring clean and functional shared spaces Entire facility by performing basic maintenance (light bulb replacement, painting, etc.)• Benefits 401(k) Dental/Vision insurance Paid short term disability and life insurance Health insurance Paid time off Company provided snacks and drinks
