In this vital role, you will ensure the property remains pristine, safe, and welcoming by performing a variety of cleaning, landscaping and maintenance tasks. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help preserve the estate's beauty and functionality, creating an inviting environment for residents, guests, and tenants alike. Duties Perform comprehensive as-needed duties across indoor and outdoor areas, including landscaping maintenance, masonry, wood repairs and general upkeep to maintain standards of site attractiveness. Manage residential projects as needed to touch up walls or prepare surfaces for new finishes. Execute cleaning tasks utilizing a pressure washer for large-scale or heavy-duty cleaning requirements. Maintain the estate's facilities through routine inspections, minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and coordinating larger repairs with contractors. Support general responsibilities such as moving furniture or equipment and assisting with special events or projects on the estate. Qualifications Being a detailed oriented person with a mechanical mind Proven experience or a demonstrated desire to learn property maintenance Ability to perform minor repairs or refinishing tasks. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards across diverse areas of the estate. Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual landscaping tasks throughout the day. Excellent communication skills.
