Every day is different, and your work will have a direct impact on our residents' quality of life. Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday shifts EPA and HVAC experience and cert's preferred What You'll Do Complete service requests for unti turns and work orders in a timely, professional manner Perform repairs including carpentry, plumbing, appliances installs and troubleshoot, drywall, painting, and grounds Prepare apartments for new residents by completing make-ready turns Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections Respond to occasional emergency maintenance calls Help maintain clean, attractive, and safe community grounds What We're Looking For Previous maintenance experience in apartments, hotels, commercial properties, or a similar environment preferred. Working knowledge of plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general property repairs. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Positive attitude and strong customer service skills. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team. Reliable transportation, as travel between sister properties may be required.
