This role is essential to keeping our facility running smoothly and safely. Success in this position requires reliability, trustworthiness, and consistent attendance, along with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Your Impact as a Maintenance Assistant In this role, you will: Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and tools Maintain the physical plant, grounds, and equipment in safe, working order Support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations and preventative maintenance Ensure a clean, hazard-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors Report and respond to maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who: Has experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, washers, dryers, and emergency generators Understands basic principles of preventive maintenance Communicates clearly and works well within a team Maintains a safety-focused, detail-oriented approach Can adapt to changing facility needs and priorities Benefits (Full-Time)
