This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional community, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks with professionalism. Responsibilities
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including: o Basic plumbing repairs o Electrical troubleshooting o Appliance diagnostics and repair o Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep
- Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
- Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
