As a Maintenance Technician , you will be part of a hard-working maintenance team and will actively participate in the maintenance of the physical condition of the interior and exterior of the community while promoting resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Responsibilities Include:

Grounds maintenance and upkeep Swimming pool maintenance and upkeep Apartment maintenance Apartment turns and upkeep Additional maintenance tasks Completes assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager, and assists the make-ready specialist in the turn process
