Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution. Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring timely reordering. Assist in a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize future issues. Assist with unit turns, ensuring apartments are move-in ready on schedule.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as in maintenance, preferably in a multi-family housing setting. Excellent communication skills. Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. Proficiency in using maintenance management software is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
