  • $23 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Disability insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Electrical systems Power tools Hand tools Full Job Description We are looking for a dependable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, basic plumbing, basic electrical work, cleaning services, and pool maintenance. This role involves maintaining HOA property to ensure the property remains safe, functional, and well-presented. Days/Hours Mon
  • Fri / 7am to 3:30pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform basic plumbing repairs
  • fix leaks, replace faucets, install toilets and sinks
  • Handle minor electrical work
  • install light fixtures, replace outlets/switches, ceiling fans
  • Complete general repairs including drywall patching, painting, and minor carpentry
  • Perform property cleaning including common areas, gym, post-repair clean-up
  • Conduct pool cleaning and basic pool maintenance
  • skim, brush, & vacuum
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment Requirements
  • Proven handyman or maintenance experience
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Trade school or technical training
  • Previous apartment, hotel, or property maintenance experience
  • Experience with cleaning and pool maintenance
  • OSHA or pool maintenance certification (a plus) Physical Requirements/Work Environment
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Work outdoors when required
