A highly trusted individual who is reliable in maintaining the grounds and emphasizing the 'Clean and Green' initiative within the community. Create the type of community you want to live at by taking ownership of theposition. The Maintenance Technician's primary responsibility is ensuring the building(s), equipment and utilities are maintained in good working order, and facility grounds are properly maintained in accordance with park policies.

Essential Responsibilities but not limited to:  Maintain landscape, clean interior/exterior areas of buildings on daily basis, and other seasonal tasks  Overseeing outdoor pool (seasonal) and clubhouse maintenance  Remodeling and/or basic repairs to homes or clubhouse.  Community rounds to assess and/or make minor repairs.  Complete weekly orders for standard maintenance supplies, ensuring sufficient supplies for community needs.  Snow removal and de-icing common walkways  Ensure work schedules are followed and coordinate/contacting services with other departments/vendors/specialist/technicians.  Keep Management aware of community work issues/incidents.  Comply with park policies involving all safety and infection control procedures to include the proper use of mechanical lifts, gait belts and personal protective equipment.
Requirements/Qualifications:
 Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.  Ability to stand, kneel, or bend for extended periods of time.  Written and verbal communication skills at a level to accomplish the job.  Understanding of general maintenance and methods.  Working outside in all temperatures.  Authorized to work in the U.S.  Pass observed preemployment drug screen and background check.
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
