Key Responsibilities:
Maintain landscapes and vegetation by performing tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, weeding, and mulching lawns to ensure a well-kept appearance. Ensure the proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other hardscaped areas to maintain safety and accessibility. Operate and maintain power tools and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and potentially larger equipment, ensuring their safe and efficient use. Monitor and report any issues related to the grounds or equipment that may affect the facility's operations. Collaborate with other team members to support the overall maintenance and operational goals of the power plant. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field. Familiarity with power generation facilities is preferred but not required.

Proficient in operating and maintaining power tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve site maintenance goals. Basic understanding of landscape management practices, including mowing, edging, fertilizing, weeding, and mulching.
