Responsibilities Basic upkeep of public areas and guest rooms Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building and facilities equipment Conduct repairs using hand tools and power tools, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and schematics Support plumbing maintenance and repair tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures Assist with maintenance painting projects to uphold the facility's appearance and integrity Supervise or assist with small-scale projects involving carpentry or mechanical work while adhering to safety protocols Skills Basic knowledge of interior maintenance including plumbing and carpentry tasks Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance machinery safely and effectively Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork This role is ideal for individuals passionate about maintaining high standards of building operations through technical expertise and proactive service.
