What You Will Do:

Thoroughly complete make-ready units on time. Utilize your general maintenance skills to complete quality service work orders efficiently. Proactively service the community pool. Collaborate with team members for ideas and solutions. Assist with grounds and maintain a pleasing curb appeal. Openly communicate with maintenance and office teams. Assist residents with helpful, caring customer service. Promote a pleasant work environment for coworkers and guests. Be dependable when scheduled for rotational on-call emergency duty - when applicable.

What You Will Bring:

Our ideal candidate will have some maintenance/make-ready experience/knowledge in multifamily housing, plus the following credentials/skills: Valid driver's license (required) Passion for fixing/making repairs and completing apartments for rent Ability to work alone or with a team Thrive in a fast-paced setting, enthusiastic about taking on new challenges, and have the desire to grow. A keen eye for detail Proactively juggle/complete multiple projects while meeting deadlines Politely communicate with residents, onsite staff, and management A positive attitude
