Residential-Maintenance Worker City of McAllen - 3.9 McAllen, TX Job Details Full-time From $14.36 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Dental insurance Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Bereavement leave Life insurance Qualifications Safety protocol adherence Full Job Description Under direct supervision, the Maintenance Worker performs unskilled manual labor involved with construction, repair, and maintenance of City facilities or servicing an operation, such as refuse collection, brush collection, street cleaning, graffiti cleaning, signs installations, and water and sewer installation and/or repair. The incumbent may be assigned a number of tasks, including reporting requirements associated with such tasks. The Maintenance Worker is under immediate supervision and has no responsibilities for reports or records, and decisions are made on a routine level. The employee has little or no contact with the public and has no supervisory responsibilities. Must abide by all safety rules and regulations. About the
