This position involves a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, requiring a strong understanding of building systems and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate will possess technical skills in areas such as electrical work, plumbing, general construction and painting, along with effective leadership abilities to supervise projects and coordinate with other team members. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential units to identify necessary repairs and maintenance tasks. Perform various maintenance tasks including electrical repairs, welding, and fabrication as needed. Execute residential painting projects to ensure units are visually appealing and ready for occupancy. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively in English with team members and management regarding project status and needs. Skills EPA certification required CPO certified Ability to fabricate components as required for repairs or enhancements. Strong command of the English language for effective communication. Knowledge of residential painting/drywall methods and materials. Basic plumbing skills for troubleshooting and repairs. Basic electrical skills for troubleshooting and repairs. Leadership qualities to supervise team members effectively. Strong organizational skills to maintain workflow and project timelines. Minimal 2 years experience in Multi-family housing.
