The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities through regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management, prioritizing tasks effectively. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and materials used. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance overall facility operations. Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment for events or special projects as needed. Ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition. Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required. A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions.
