Part-time Position Summary:

Now accepting applications for experienced, bilingual energetic, hard-working, self-starting individuals for Maintenance and Make Ready/Porter to join our team in 50 unit and 20 unit properties & Maintenance functions for communities located in Pasadena and Baytown, TX respectively.

• Reading/Writing in English.
• 2 year minimum experience in the desired position.
• Plumbing experience
• Electrical experience
• Boilers
• Carpentry
• Dry wall
• Unit Make ready Essential Duties and Responsibilities as a Maintenance worker will vary and include the following but are not limited the job specifications contained herein.

Additional job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel. Responsible for the research and evaluation of all current and potential products used in the maintenance and upkeep of the property Responsible for the inventory, ordering and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the service, custodial and grounds departments under direction and with the approval of the property manager Responsible or ensuring OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times. Responsible for scheduling and performing preventive maintenance Responsible for timely response to service requests, make ready, etc. Responsible or courteous, efficient response at all times.
