Parkside Place Apartments is now hiring a Make Ready / Ticket Runner in Pasadena, TX for our apartment community. Responsibilities Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas Provide residents with outstanding customer service Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas Maintain dumpster and trash areas Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents

Requirements:

Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry work, repair appliances, A/C repairs, and electrical. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
