This position plays a key role in ensuring our hotel remains safe, clean, and fully operational for our guests. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel Troubleshoot and fix issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Maintain the pool area, including water quality and equipment checks Assist with preventative maintenance programs Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and organized Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests Work closely with the front desk and housekeeping teams Follow all safety procedures and hotel standards Requirements Previous maintenance experience preferred (hotel experience a plus) Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong problem‑solving skills Must be available for weekends or on‑call needs as required What We Offer PTO after a Year Employee discounts through IHG How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed If you want, I can also create a shorter version , a more formal corporate version , or one tailored to IHG branding .
