SEEKING A MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT FOR OUR ROCKPORT, TEXAS APARTMENT COMMUNITY.

THE

POSITION WILL REQUIRE SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY WITH ON CALL ROTATIONS JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

: Must be skilled in general appliance installation & repair; Electrical and swimming pool maintenance knowledge preferred; Assist in maintaining the property in attractive, safe and quality condition Maintain daily quality tenant service; Assist the maintenance supervisor in the operations of the maintenance department; Will report to maintenance supervisor and property manager; Will ensure all necessary tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner;

QUALIFICATIONS

HVAC experience and

EPA UNIVERSAL

license preferred Have the ability and skills to perform required job functions Must pass a background check / drug screening; Possess working knowledge of property management maintenance procedures; Possess a Strong work ethic Have a Customer-focused attitude Interpersonal skills Excellent communications Professional image Ability to read and write English fluently Good organizational ability Willing to work in a fast-paced environment Be Team-player Preferred skills in: Light carpentry Appliance installation and repair General plumbing Electrical Landscaping
