Position Overview As a Commercial Maintenance Worker, you will be an essential part of our team responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our commercial properties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Commercial Maintenance Worker is accountable for completing the following company wide. Fuel system repairs tanks, pumps, hoses, etc. Reconcile inventory. Deliver and pickup fuel equipment On call emergency response Install tank monitors and batteries Create and close work orders daily Follow all safety guidelines Required/Preferred Education & Experience High school diploma; associate or bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field preferred Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities or related field. Must have a strong mechanical aptitude. Willingness to learn and to grow with the company.
