We're looking for a hands-on Property Service Technician who takes pride in a job well done, from a fixed leak to a repaired HVAC unit, and understands that a well-maintained community directly impacts the comfort and safety of the residents who call it home. If you know your way around a toolbox and like variety in your workday (no two days look the same), this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Keep the grounds, walkways, driveways, and parking lot in top shape Maintain resident suites, common areas, kitchen, and offices Repair and service HVAC units, plumbing, water heaters, kitchen equipment, and appliances Handle carpentry, painting, flooring, and general repairs Respond quickly to maintenance requests and handle emergency repairs as needed Inspect and maintain fire safety and emergency preparedness equipment Help identify and correct workplace hazards alongside the Property Services Director Maintain the community's hazardous chemical inventory and safety data sheets What You Bring At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, or similar) Comfortable and experienced safely operating tools like power drills, saws, ladders, and sprayers Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal Ability to meet state health requirements and maintain any required certifications Why Join Vitality Court Victoria?
