Maintenance Worker

Maintenance Person Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management.
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Fabricate or repair items as needed using appropriate tools and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and costs incurred.
• Coordinate with managers for specialized repairs or services.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

Experience:

• Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, , and other building systems
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with tenants and management.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
