Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist maintenance staff with general repair and upkeep projects. Perform basic grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and landscaping. Help with painting, cleaning, and facility improvement projects. Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed. Assist with custodial and preventive maintenance tasks. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures and department guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned by maintenance supervisors.
Qualifications:
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team. Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Summer Position Position Summary:
The Maintenance Department is seeking motivated and dependable high school students to assist with a variety of facility and grounds maintenance tasks during the summer months. This position provides valuable hands-on work experience while supporting the upkeep, cleanliness, and appearance of district/building facilities and grounds.
