Minimum Qualifications :
Prior experience in hotel maintenance, general repairs, or a similar role preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general handyman tasks. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle, ensuring it is fueled and in good operating condition. Offer friendly and professional service to enhance the guest experience. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and repairing minor electrical and HVAC issues. Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance concerns. Assist with landscaping, exterior upkeep, and general property cleanliness. Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
Compensation/Pay:
$23 We believe in Platinum Service for our guests and associates alike.
