Part Time Maintenance

Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities to support smooth operations. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment Inspect and troubleshoot machinery and equipment to detect malfunctions Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for repair or improvement Keep accurate maintenance records Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment Qualifications Proficiency in electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and logic controllers Ability to read and interpret technical schematics Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with staff and vendors Proficient in English for clear communication within the team (multilingual is ok) Prior experience in a maintenance role is preferred but not required
